Post -production is the final part of the production process.
Here, everything from editing raw footage to adding music completes the film and realises the client's story in full.

EDITING

Editing is the essential rhythm, flow and DNA of a clients' project.
man ALIVE is well equipped with industry-standard editing software and a wealth of editing experience. man ALIVE can shoot and edit a film, edit a new take from a client's existing footage or edit in collaboration with a client following a shoot.
Here, the pieces of the puzzle fall together to make a complete picture.


EFFECTS

Effects exist to enhance a story, theme or product beyond what may be physically possible to film.
Here at man ALIVE we have the facilities and software to add whatever you need in digital post production, from simple colour tweaking to fully animated composite effects. Below is a short example showcasing some of the many effects we can provide.

AUDIO MIXING

During production, man ALIVE Studios employs separate sound equipment to achieve the best possible recording. In post, this sound is professionally realigned and synched to the images. Any necessary cleaning up or processing of this sound also happens here.


FOLEY

Good sound can make or break a production. As well as recording sound during the shoot, man ALIVE Studios can also record original sound effects in post-production. This can help to improve the overall dynamic quality of the finished product.


SCORE

The use of music in any production, from instructional demonstration to cinematic masterpiece, is an essential ingredient. Music can liven up a dry promotional video and in itself has the ability to move or inspire. When this is coupled with strong images, the effect can be powerful. At man ALIVE Studios we compose, record and mix original soundtrack that will help your production to stand out.

TITLES / IMPLEMENTATION OF GRAPHICS

Strong typogrqphy and iconic imagery, or simply a strong company logo presence can validate and greatly enhance a project. man ALIVE have the software and imagination to incorporate either a client's own graphics, or produce and employ their own. Like all aspects of our productions, such implementation is treated with innovation and with an eye to enhancing the story told.


DVD AUTHORING / COMPRESSION FOR WEB

Having a film with no way to show it off is pointless. At man ALIVE Studios we can provide bespoke DVDs, complete with original artwork and menus, and burn to a variety of standards and formats. Likewise, any video can be specifically prepared for the web at this stage in production with little concession to quality.

Please remember that a client can come in at any stage, with any amount of material. man ALIVE will do our best to complete the story you are trying to tell.
