This has been a month like no other for man ALIVE Studios. It was back to school for the team as we embarked upon a two week intensive training course with film veteran Justyn Rowe of Orlando's MediaJR.
It was an incredible and priceless wealth of information that Justyn shared with us and we're grateful to have had the opportunity.
Oh, and we had some fun too:
It's been a genuine pleasure and privilege to learn from a teacher with Justyn's experience of working in the film business. Having worked freelance, producing everything from corporate video to short film, and on a hugely varied range of projects, from a local cooking show to "Jackass: The Movie", Justyn knows all there is to know about the joys and trials of video production.
Justyn's training included tutoring us on recognised Hollywood film techniques, as well as giving advice on how to work more efficiently, more effectively and all within budget so that we can give our clients the best possible service. We were even privy to some of his own trade secrets that give his projects the extra bang for their buck.
It was an incredible and priceless wealth of information that Justyn shared with us and we're grateful to have had the opportunity.
